Parish of St. Helena
SafeworkCM was selected for grant and program management services for the Parish of St. Helena, which was heavily impacted by Hurricane Ida. The services provided include FEMA Public Assistance program compliance, grant development and management, debris removal, coordination with State and Federal funding agency, damage assessment and estimating, procurement support, quality management and owner’s representation. Subsequent work for the St. Helena Parish Police Jury Office of Emergency Preparedness may include road damage evaluations, current and future floodplain specifications, Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC), Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Programs, as well as other relevant duties regarding state/federal project funding. SafeworkCM is the prime service provider with Synergy Disaster Recovery and ELOS Environmental as subconsultants.
Florida Division of Emergency Management
SafeworkCM is providing professional auditing and comprehensive grant management services for the Bureau of Recovery of the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) for the Public Assistance (PA) grant program administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). As part of the RSM team, SafeworkCM’s services to the State include providing technical assistance to applicants regarding the process, procedures, and requirements of the PA program, subrecipient performance evaluation and quality validation, administrative compliance review and verification and associated tasked in the execution of state level disaster recovery grant management.
